Health / Sustainability - Impact Assessment
for large-scale urban development plans and projects

What’s the problem?

Those responsible for urban development need to have the best mechanisms for maximising health and sustainability, yet most tools available are either rigid and constraining or lacking in rigour and trust.

While audits are very useful for encouraging the lowest performing entities of the mass market up a few notches, those who are aiming higher are hampered by the constraints.

At the same time, they still need to demonstrate the quality of their work.
What’s the solution?

We develop bespoke assessment methods tailored to suit each client, which can fit with rigid tools where needed, and can be integrated in to multiple overlapping required activities (e.g. community engagement, SEA and EIA).

We purposely target only those agencies who are willing and able to produce exceptional urban environments and corporate behaviour that is both healthy and sustainable.

Because of our track record and knowledge in this area we can reassure, client, community and planning authority that all that can be done is being done.
